CDS 3000

Freshly prepared on order only..

This method is for when you are ill and using CDS to recover. Mark ten 100 ml intervals on a 1-liter bottle. Fill the bottle with 1 liter of filtered water and add 30 ml of CDS. Note that you cannot eat or drink normally while consuming the CDS water. Eat your breakfast (with any beverage), but for the ten hours following that, drink 100 ml of the CDS water every hour. For example, if you ate breakfast at 06:00, you would sip the fifth 100 ml portion at 11:00; at 12:00 you may eat and drink; at 13:00 you start again with your sixth 100 ml portion of CDS; and by 17:00, you should be drinking your final (tenth) 100 ml portion. You may resume eating and drinking one hour after the final 100 ml portion. You can drink water at any time during that 10-hour period—aim for at least 2 liters per day. If you can obtain citric acid crystals, let me know so I can explain how to make the original MMS. For preventative purposes, CDS only needs to be consumed twice a day; for example, drink your first 100 ml of CDS upon waking, and you can eat or drink one hour later. Do the same in the evening: you can drink 100 ml of CDS before going to bed, but again, do not eat or drink anything for one hour before consuming the CDS and going to sleep.
