Helpful notes
Iodine is a natural antiseptic and a powerful antioxidant; it promotes healthy metabolism, energy levels, and body maintenance; is beneficial for hair and skin; can be used to treat fibrocystic conditions and for cancer prevention; supports fetal and child brain development; maintains strong teeth and bones; promotes mental well-being and women's health; stimulates the immune system; removes harmful halogens and heavy metals; combats radiation; and eliminates toxins.
Use and dosage
Start with one drop in a glass of water for one week. Follow this with two drops in the second week. By the third week, increase to three drops. Everyone is different, so observe how many drops your body can tolerate; however, start with one drop and build up from there to a maximum of 6 drops. If you feel comfortable with six drops, simply continue with that dosage. If not, reduce the number of drops to a level that feels comfortable. There should be no side effects at these low dosages. The best time to take it is in the evening before bed.
Important note
