Helpful notes
Castor oil is a pale yellow vegetable oil produced by crushing the seeds of the castor oil plant.
Uses for castor oil: treating arthritis, dissolving tumors/cysts, strengthening and promoting hair growth, treating acne, moisturising the skin, deep cleansing, improving immune function, eliminating fine lines and wrinkles, and reducing swelling and inflammation. It supports the lymphatic system, boosts circulation, heals wounds and abrasions, and relieves menstrual cramps. Castor oil's anti-inflammatory properties make it an excellent massage oil for arthritic joints, sore muscles, and nerve inflammation. Oral use: relieves constipation, cleanses colon before surgery
Use and dosage
Instructions for treating arthritic pain and dissolving tumor/cysts: Take a piece of cotton flannel fabric and fold it into three to four layers. Soak it in castor oil and place it over the tumor or affected joints. Wrap the cloth with plastic wrap and place a bean bag or hot water bottle over the area for at least 45 minutes. Do this once a day to help reduce pain and inflammation in your joints. The plastic wrap prevents the heating pad or water bottle from becoming oily. Reuse the packs by storing them in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator until you are ready to use them again. tumors/cysts
Massage warm castor oil into the affected joints before going to bed to promote absorption, and leave it on overnight. Ensure that the castor oil is not too hot when applied to the affected area.
